Position Responsibilities:

  • Be the Heartbeat of Our Workforce: Engage with employees daily on the floor building relationships and understanding their needs concerns and aspirations
  • Empower and Support: Provide guidance on HR policies benefits and career development opportunities ensuring every employee feels valued and supported
  • Drive Employee Engagement: Connect with and influence employees and leaders to promote a positive workplace culture
  • Champion Change: Act as a liaison between management and employees advocating for their needs and helping to implement initiatives that enhance the employee experience
  • Problem Solver Extraordinaire: Address employee inquiries and concerns in real-time providing solutions and support to foster a collaborative work environment
  • Data-Driven Insights: Collect feedback and insights from employees to identify trends and areas for improvement helping to shape our HR strategies

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a visible HR presence on the manufacturing/production floor for real-time engagement and solutions
  • Promote open communication and guide discussions to collaboratively resolve workplace issues in a positive and fair manner
  • Administer HR programs policies practices and processes and serve as subject matter expert (e.g. performance support employee movement leadership coaching etc.)
  • Partner with manufacturing/production managers to deploy HR initiatives that align with operational goals and address workforce challenges
  • Work closely with HR Centers of Excellence (COE) to understand and deploy HR programs in specific areas (e.g. labor relations talent compensation training) and support the delivery of programs
  • Maintain records of employee interactions and resolutions or follow-up actions
  • Resolve or refer HR Service Center employee issues
  • Identify recurring employee concerns or trends reporting these to HR leadership to develop proactive solutions or interventions
  • Serve as a trusted partner and resource for employees at all levels addressing concerns providing guidance and implementation assistance on company policies providing HR consultation and coaching and acting as a neutral party in resolving conflicts
  • Be a visible champion of Boeings values and behaviorsmodeling our expectations and reinforcing them through consistent employee interactions

BasicQualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 1 years of experience in Human Resources
  • 1 years of experience with project management and project execution

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelors degree or higher
  • Human Resources certification(s)
  • 1 years of experience working with employees as a Human Resources Generalist (HRG) or Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)
  • Experience in influencing and building strong relationships with stakeholders and senior leaders
  • Experience utilizing business acumen and linking relevant HR strategies to business outcomes
