Project Overview

Harmonize and centralize product specification data across Signode portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Data Collection & Audit: Collate all existing product specification sheets.

• Data Harmonization: Standardize specification sheets.

• System Integration: Migrate harmonized data into a centralized user-friendly repository.

• Portfolio Completion: Ensure all product groups are represented and included in the final harmonized portfolio.

• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Supply Chain Operations Marketing and Commercial.

• Documentation & Governance: Maintain clear documentation of processes templates and data governance standards to support future updates and scalability.

• Maintenance: Make the process seamless for future adaptations.

Skills Required:
Analytical Microsoft Excel Skills (Intermediate)
