As an Administrative Program Coordinator on our team you will support the coordination and development of innovative policies and improvement initiatives while serving as a key liaison across departments to promote efficiency and collaboration. This role is primarily administrative with responsibilities including invoicing billing supply ordering and expense tracking as well as research-related administrative support such as maintaining documentation regulatory files and IRB paperwork
A caregiver in this role works days from 8:00 a.m. 5:00 p.m.
A caregiver who excels in this role will:
With guidance from the Director lead or coordinate multiple projects and policy initiatives.
Update monitor and manage databases.
Develop scorecards and milestones to track progress.
Analyze project improvement and progress.
Report on discrepancies and variances.
Coordinate project prioritization and assist with policy and initiative implementation.
Assist with scheduling coordination preparation and communication of meetings.
Attend meetings and record key outcomes.
Support all office administrative functions.
Develop and maintain updates.
Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:
Associates Degree and two years of administrative experience or customer
service
OR High School Diploma/GED and four years of experience
OR Bachelors Degree
Computer skills and experience with software applications
Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:
Bachelors Degree in Business Administration Healthcare Administration or related field
Healthcare experience or related organization
