Position at JBS USA
2ND SHIFT STOREROOM ATTENDANT
Responsibilities:
- Sharpen straight knives draw knives and wizard knives for employees daily as needed using knife grinder.
- Clean maintain and fix wizard knives with the correct parts along with maintaining the cables.
- Maintain employee records in computer data base and post issues daily in computer.
- Distribute supplies such as frocks hard hats earplugs boots and other apparel to employees to employees management and visitors daily as needed.
- Receive supplies as delivered; keep shelves stocked with appropriate supplies.
- Enter supplies sold to each employee or department into computer.
- Maintain knife-sharpening equipment in working order.
- Previous knife sharpening experience preferred.
- Good work history and attendance.
- Other duties as needed or required by Storeroom Manager.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED preferred but not required
- Bilingual preferred but not required
- Basic math skills
- Good people skills
- Good computer skills
- Self motivated- working well without direct supervision
- Ability to follow instructions
- Can perform the functions of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation
