We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Part-Tme RNs / LPNsto join our team in providing exceptional care to our residents in our long-term care facility. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the well-being and comfort of our residents while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver personalized care plans.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor resident health and vital signs reporting any changes to the appropriate medical staff
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing dressing and grooming
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date resident records and documentation
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents and their families
- Adhere to all facility policies procedures and safety standards
Minimum Qualifications:
- Valid LPN/RN license in the state of Oklahoma
- CPR certification
- Prior experience in long-term care or geriatric nursing preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
