-Provide expertise in Dynamics 365 CE Customer Service Field Service and the Power Platform (Field Service Portal and Mobile Application)
-Configure Dynamics 365 Field Service features and automations as required in Solution Architecture Diagrams and Business Requirements
-Configure Dynamics 365 Field Service Work Order Management Resource Management Scheduling Frontline Workers Inventory and Warehousing Field Service Portal and the Field Service Mobile application
-Configure integration of Dynamics 365 Field Service tables and columns with Dynamics 365 CE Customer Service (Case integration) and Sales (Cost of Service and Invoicing)
Configure Field Service Reports using OOB Dynamics 365 Reporting Services
-Manage integration with possible Client-Internal Systems for field services invoicing tools eSignature applications and resource repositories
-Provide key insights into the extent of Field Service Scope and use regarding client bids
-Manage User privileges using the standard Dynamics 365 CE Security protocols and Powerapps Admin Center tools
-Configure automations using Power Automate Powerapps and other Microsoft 365 tools
-Extend the functionality of Dynamics 365 CE / Field Service Applications using Javascript Business Rules and Automations (Power automate and classic workflows) when necessary
-Collaborate with Project Stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for Dynamics 365 CE projects; draft Functional Design Documents (FDD) draft Technical Design Documents (TDD); and assist in the creation of Solution Documents such as Entity Relationship Diagrams and Functional Components of Solution Design Documents
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that project requirements are followed and are represented in the final build
-Participate in Bids by working on RFP documents and providing estimates on configurations and customizations
-Conduct testing and quality assurance to validate functionality security and usability
-Provide post-implementation support and knowledge transfer to end users and IT Teams
-Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues and implement corrective solutions to Dynamics 365 CE builds
