In this role you will be working as a Project Manager for a client that works in the mechanical plumbing and HVAC industry for commercial construction.

Manage construction projects and generate accurate and timely construction documentation related to plumbing
Perform cost analysis billings projections and monthly financials
Generate estimates and change order requests utilizing labor factors estimating software and historical data
Ability to generate and review submittals Requests for Information (RFIs) closeouts project scheduling
Communicate as primary company representative in meetings with General Contractors Architects Engineers & Clients

Requirement

Bachelors Degree in related field or equivalent experience 2-5 Years of experience in construction industry with Plumbing experience
Familiarity with BIM modeling/coordination as it relates to constructability of plumbing systems Microsoft 360 Outlook Word Excel Teams Procore Sharepoint & Bluebeam

The role is longer term and can be contract to possible direct hire or direct hire.

Onsite South San Francisco CA

Pay range $90000 - $140000
