Job Summary
Description of the role:
As a Parts Counterperson at South Shore Kia in Copiague NY you will be responsible for assisting customers with their auto parts needs providing excellent customer service and maintaining accurate inventory records.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in finding the right parts for their vehicles
- Provide pricing information and availability of parts
- Process orders and maintain accurate inventory records
- Handle incoming parts shipments and restock inventory
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members
Requirements:
- Prior experience in an auto parts store or dealership preferred
- Strong knowledge of auto parts and accessories
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent
