Sales Development Manager USB&R Industrial Automation is seeking a highly motivated Lead Sales Engineer for our Sales Development Team US. This technical professional will lead a complex automation products and services sales process assist customers in resolving issues grow relationships and accounts and identify technological improvements for customers. The role often collaborates with engineers and sales support to Identify strategic targets understand needs propose solutions and ensure successful sales outcomes.
The work model for this role is: #LI-Hybrid in Alpharetta GA or Woburn MA. The role also requires up to 50% travel within the region with occasional international travel; valid drivers license and passport required.

While base salary is determined by things such as the successful applicants qualifications and experience this position is expected to pay between $98700 and $157920 annually and is bonus eligible.
