Key Responsibilities

Property & Tenant Management Serve as the primary point of contact for all sub-tenant inquiries requests and escalations Build and maintain strong relationships with sub-tenants property management teams and landlords Ensure compliance with lease terms and legal requirements across the portfolio Coordinate service visits with property management representatives and approved vendors Drive high standards and consistency in lease requirement management Monitor tenant satisfaction and proactively address concerns

Workplace Operations Provide exceptional hospitality and support for guests visitors and team members Resolve facility-related issues including janitorial services conference room management workstation support and interior/exterior furnishings and equipment Coordinate and schedule maintenance activities to meet defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs) Collaborate with internal departments (IT Security Kitchen Real Estate) to ensure high-quality project completion Ensure facility compliance with local building health safety and fire codes Develop and implement operational procedures and standard operating practices Identify and present monthly cost-saving opportunities and operational improvements

Vendor & Contract Management Manage facility contracts as the clients designated managing agent Coordinate vendor discussions regarding goal setting performance criteria and reviews Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and service providers Monitor service delivery quality and contractor performance

Administrative & Event Support Coordinate special events for clients and JLL initiatives Handle mail services including pickup delivery postage preparation and courier coordination Support various administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations Assist with workplace technology integration and facility improvements

Client Relations & Business Development Represent JLL and clients professionally in the local and regional business community Promote JLLs reputation and capabilities to prospective tenants and clients Lead efforts to monitor and enhance customer satisfaction Serve as brand ambassador for facility management excellence

Experience & Education Minimum 2 years of experience in facilities management property management or related field Demonstrated experience in customer service and relationship management Background in vendor management and contract coordination preferred

Technical Skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook) Experience with facility management systems and technologies Interest in continuous improvement and emerging workplace technologies

Core Competencies Excellent interpersonal communication and organizational abilities Outstanding customer service orientation with problem-solving mindset Strong multitasking capabilities with ability to work independently Professional demeanor with excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a remote team Self-motivated with capability to work without direct supervision

Gestione Immobili e Inquilini Fungere da punto di riferimento principale per tutte le richieste necessità ed escalation degli/delle sub-inquilini/e Costruire e mantenere relazioni solide con inquilini/e team di gestione immobiliare e proprietari/e Garantire la conformità ai termini di locazione e ai requisiti legali dellintero portafoglio Coordinare le visite di assistenza con rappresentanti della gestione immobiliare e fornitori autorizzati Promuovere standard elevati e coerenza nella gestione dei requisiti di locazione Monitorare la soddisfazione degli/delle inquilini/e e affrontare proattivamente le preoccupazioni

Operazioni Workplace Fornire ospitalità e supporto eccezionali per ospiti visitatori/visitatrici e membri del team Risolvere problematiche relative alle strutture inclusi servizi di pulizia gestione sale conferenze supporto postazioni di lavoro arredi ed equipaggiamenti interni/esterni Coordinare e programmare attività di manutenzione per rispettare gli Accordi di Livello di Servizio (SLA) definiti Collaborare con dipartimenti interni (IT Sicurezza Cucina Real Estate) per garantire completamento progetti di alta qualità Assicurare la conformità delle strutture ai codici edilizi sanitari di sicurezza e antincendio locali Sviluppare e implementare procedure operative e pratiche operative standard Identificare e presentare opportunità mensili di riduzione costi e miglioramenti operativi

Gestione Fornitori e Contratti Gestire contratti delle strutture come agente di gestione designato/a del cliente Coordinare discussioni con fornitori riguardo definizione obiettivi criteri di performance e revisioni Mantenere relazioni solide con fornitori e prestatori/prestatrici di servizi Monitorare qualità dellerogazione servizi e performance dei/delle contractor

Supporto Amministrativo ed Eventi Coordinare eventi speciali per clienti e iniziative JLL Gestire servizi postali inclusi ritiro consegna preparazione affrancatura e coordinamento corrieri Supportare varie attività amministrative per garantire operazioni quotidiane fluide Assistere con integrazione tecnologie workplace e miglioramenti strutturali

Relazioni Clienti e Sviluppo Business Rappresentare JLL e clienti professionalmente nella comunità imprenditoriale locale e regionale Promuovere reputazione e capacità JLL a potenziali inquilini/e e clienti Guidare sforzi per monitorare e migliorare la soddisfazione della clientela Servire come brand ambassador per leccellenza nella gestione strutturale

Esperienza e Formazione Minimo 2 anni di esperienza in gestione strutture gestione immobiliare o settore correlato Esperienza comprovata in servizio clienti e gestione relazioni Background in gestione fornitori e coordinamento contratti preferibile

Competenze Tecniche Competenza in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook) Esperienza con sistemi e tecnologie di gestione strutture Interesse nel miglioramento continuo e tecnologie workplace emergenti

Competenze Fondamentali Eccellenti capacità interpersonali comunicative e organizzative Eccezionale orientamento al servizio clienti con mentalità problem-solving Forti capacità multitasking con abilità di lavorare autonomamente Comportamento professionale con eccellenti capacità comunicative scritte e verbali Capacità di lavorare efficacemente sia autonomamente che come parte di un team remoto Auto-motivato/a con capacità di lavorare senza supervisione diretta.
