Job Summary
Job Duties & Responsibilities
Run Client Statement reporting in Tableau to provide insight to the business and AR regarding client billing status
Review 3rd party billing portals post client invoice submission to identify exceptions to client payment
Partner with the business to resolve the exceptions and update the portal
Submit Credit Memo requests as needed due to a client billing exception
Partner with AR when buffer days are needed due to a client billing exception
Partner with Cash Application when application is affected by a client billing exception
Required Skills
