Water & Wastewater Design Engineer

As a W/WW Project Engineer your day will be dynamic and impactful contributing directly to the delivery of critical infrastructure projects with minimal oversight. Youll work independently and collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams supporting design development technical analysis and project coordination. With a high volume of active work your ability to communicate clearly manage tasks efficiently and proactively solve problems will help alleviate pressure on senior staff. This role is ideal for someone ready to grow into a Project Manager position someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment brings initiative and can hit the ground running without requiring extensive hands-on training.

Projected salary range of $125000 - $150000

• Support the planning design and delivery of water and wastewater infrastructure projects including treatment facilities pipelines pump stations and related systems.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop technical solutions prepare engineering reports and produce high-quality design documents.
• Take ownership of assigned tasks and deadlines contributing independently with minimal oversight while maintaining alignment with project goals.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams clients and stakeholders to ensure clarity progress updates and responsiveness throughout the project lifecycle.
• Assist in project coordination budgeting and scheduling with a focus on developing the skills and experience needed to transition into a Project Manager role.
• Help alleviate workload pressure on senior staff by proactively identifying needs solving problems and delivering reliable engineering support.
