Job Summary
We are in search of a per diem part time or full time Physical Therapy Assistantto service Montour/Northumberland/Lycoming counties.

Job Responsibilities (Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to):
Provides physical therapy treatments to home health patientsunder the supervision of a qualified Physical Therapist in accordance with the Plan of Care.
Complete documentation required as per state and federal law.
Position Qualifications
- Current license to practice as a Physical Therapy Assistant in the state(s) of employment. Need Indirect supervision License.
- Graduate of an accredited physical therapy assistant program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association.
- Minimum of six (6) months experience as a Physical Therapy Assistant preferred.
- Demonstrated written verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills.
- Licensed driver with automobile insured in accordance with state/Agency requirements. Reliable transportation with good driving record.
