Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care according to established nursing standards.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Monitor and document patient conditions reporting any changes promptly.
Assist with patient hygiene mobility and daily living activities.
Collaborate with nurses physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care.
Follow infection control procedures and ensure a safe patient environment.
Required Skills & Experience:
Current and valid LPN license in the state of Maine.
At least 1 year of LPN experience in a nursing rehab or long-term care facility
Strong clinical skills and knowledge of LPN responsibilities.
Excellent communication teamwork and organizational skills.
Ability to adapt to different healthcare environments as a travel nurse.
