Senior Salesforce Developer (Lead Banking)

• Experience:6 years in Salesforce Development 2 years in dev lead/architect.

  Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of Salesforce developers to deliver scalable solutions on Sales Cloud Financial Services Cloud other Salesforce platforms.
• Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex LWC Aura and Flows.
• Own technical design architecture and best practices.
• Manage code reviews and deployment activities.
• Ensure code quality documentation and adherence to development standards.
• Support and mentor junior developers.

• Qualifications:

• Strong expertise in Apex LWC Aura SOQL SOSL and Salesforce APIs.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce data model security governor limits and performance optimization.
• Experience with integrations.
• Certified Salesforce Platform Developer II (required).
• Salesforce System Architect Application Architect (preferred).
• Experience with CI/CD tools.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Salaries will vary based on factors such as location skills experience education and qualifications for the role and may include a commission structure. Salaries for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on number of hours regularly worked. For commission roles the salary listed above represents BMO Financial Groups expected target for the first year in this position.

BMO Financial Groups total compensation package will vary based on the pay type of the position and may include performance-based incentives discretionary bonuses as well as other perks and rewards.
