Summary:

Were building a confidential network of mid-level attorneys (37 years) experienced in corporate and transactional work who are open to exploring new opportunities in the Philadelphia market.

Responsibilities

Draft negotiate and review corporate and M&A agreements
Advise clients on entity formation capitalization and governance matters
Conduct due diligence and manage closings for mergers acquisitions and financing transactions
Collaborate with partners on client strategy and deal execution

Qualifications

J.D. from an accredited law school; Pennsylvania bar admission preferred
37 years of corporate transactional or M&A experience in a law firm setting
Strong drafting communication and organizational skills
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

Compensation

$150000 $225000 BASE salary depending on firm size and experience
Most firms offer annual bonuses full benefits and hybrid work flexibility.
