Job Title: CT Technologist
Location: Ithaca New York
Contract: 13 Weeks 36 Hours/Week
Shift: 3x12-Hour Night Shifts
Total Weekly Gross: $2828.16
Hourly Rate: $78.56
Stipend: $1568.16
Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable CT Technologist for a 13-week travel assignment. The ideal candidate will have experience operating CT imaging equipment ensuring high-quality scans and providing exceptional patient care during diagnostic procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate CT (Computed Tomography) scanners to produce accurate cross-sectional images.
Prepare and position patients for procedures while ensuring comfort and safety.
Administer contrast agents as required and monitor patients during scans.
Review images for diagnostic quality and collaborate with radiologists.
Maintain accurate patient documentation and adhere to imaging protocols.
Ensure compliance with radiation safety standards and facility policies.
Qualifications:
Active ARRT (CT) certification required.
Current BLS certification (AHA).
Minimum of 2 years of recent CT technologist experience preferred.
Strong technical patient care and communication skills.
