Job Summary
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Location: Gallup NM
Contract Duration: 14 Weeks
Schedule: 3x12s 36 hours per week Every other weekend required
Shifts Available: Day Evening or Night
Pay Rate: $30/hr
Job Summary
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking Licensed Practical Nursefor an exciting job in Gallup NM.
Responsibilities
Administer prescribed medications and treatments per facility protocols.
Monitor document and communicate residents conditions to supervising staff.
Assist residents with daily living activities including mobility hygiene and nutrition.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity and quality of care.
Supervise and guide CNAs to maintain safe and effective care practices.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic health records.
Adhere to infection control and safety policies at all times.
Support resident care by performing CNA duties as needed.
Work scheduled weekends and holidays as assigned.
Qualifications
Education: Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program.
Licensure: Active LPN/LVN license in New Mexico or Compact State.
Certifications: Current BLS certification (AHA).
Experience:
1 year of experience in long-term care or rehabilitation preferred.
Proven ability to provide compassionate efficient care in a fast-paced environment.
