Job Summary
We are seeking experienced dependable professional Phlebotomists to join our expanding mobile team. This position is part of a Pay-Per-Stick program designed to reward efficiency and performance while maintaining compliance and high service standards. Phlebotomists in this role travel to assigned nursing facilities to perform venipuncture collections ensure proper specimen labeling and handling and maintain documentation per company policy.
Compensation Pay Rate:
Estimated Earnings Range:
- $18 $38/hour equivalent depending on draw volume travel distance and assigned facility(ies).
Responsibilities
- Perform blood collections accurately and safely for residents in skilled nursing and long-term care facilities.
- Maintain a professional and compassionate demeanor with residents and staff.
- Accurately label and document specimens in accordance withAculabs and state regulations. Ensure all draws are properly logged in the system for reconciliation and payroll.
- Communicate promptly with QA and dispatch teams regarding exceptions (redrawsUTOs missing requisitions etc.).
- Follow all infection-control and safety guidelines.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Phlebotomy field experience required. (Phlebotomy certification preferred)
- Experience in long-term care or home-draw settings is highly desirable.
- Valid drivers license and reliable vehicle required.
- Ability to travel between facilities as needed.
- Personal Mobile Phone
