Your mission
We are looking for a proactiveCustomer Marketing Manager ready to shape and scale customer engagement for our leading SaaS this exciting role youll design and execute impactful customer communication strategies that inform empower and inspire our users. Youll play a key role in helping customers become true product experts delivering the right content at the right time and at scale.

In this role you will
- Shape and execute our customer communication strategy across all channels from product newsletters and in-app messages to videos and campaigns.
- Own the planning creation and performance of all customer communications using data to continually improve reach and engagement.
- Manage communication cadences and campaigns in HubSpot and Jimo ensuring every touchpoint feels personal and on-brand.
- Partner with Product Marketing CX and other teams to translate insights and launches into clear valuable customer stories.
- Drive automation and A/B testing to scale customer communications and optimise performance.
- Build advocacy by turning happy customers into reviews case studies and success stories.
What you need to be successful
- At least 2 years of experience in B2B customer communication or content management ideally within the SaaS sector.
- Hands-on experience with customer communication platforms such as Jimo Braze or similar tools.
- Proven skills in copywriting storytelling and content creation with a strong eye for tone and clarity.
- Excellent project management abilities with a track record of managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
- A data-driven mindset able to analyse results segment audiences effectively and optimise communication strategies through testing and iteration.
- Experience in automating customer communication processes to improve efficiency and scalability.
- Near to native-level fluency in German accompanied by excellent proficiency in English.
