What Youll Do:

Assist engineers and operations teams with process improvements troubleshooting and equipment optimization projects.
Support data collection analysis and problem-solving initiatives to improve efficiency quality and safety.
Participate in cross-functional projects that connect engineering principles with real production outcomes.
Gain exposure to state-of-the-art manufacturing systems and sustainability initiatives within the paper industry.
Present a summary of your project work and key learnings to the leadership team at the end of the internship.
