Job Summary

There is an opening for a commercial litigation associate at an AmLaw 200 client. This role is fully in office with no opportunity for hybrid or remote work.

What Youll Be Doing:

In this role you will manage a diverse caseload from beginning to end including representing clients in financial services construction or real estate litigation.

- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support litigation cases.

- Prepare pleadings motions and other legal documents.

- Assist with pretrial discovery and fact gathering.

- Appear at court proceedings including depositions and trials.

Desired Background:

- Minimum of 3-5 years experience in commercial litigation ideally in financial services defense construction or real property litigation.

- JD and licensed and in good standing with the Florida bar.
