Position Summary: The Information Systems Director provides strategic leadership and executive oversight for IEGs technology landscape ensuring that our systems data and digital capabilities enable growth innovation and operational excellence. This role leads the design implementation and governance of enterprise systemsspanning ERP CRM analytics infrastructure and cybersecurityacross all IEG business units. This position partners closely with executive leadership to align technology investments with business objectives and to ensure scalable secure and efficient digital operations across a multi-company multi-site enterprise. Essential Duties and Responsibilities The essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. - Develop and execute the organizations information systems and digital transformation strategy in alignment with corporate growth objectives.
- Serve as a key technology advisor to executive leadership influencing business planning and long-term investment decisions.
- Drive enterprise-wide initiatives to standardize platforms optimize data flow and enhance business intelligence capabilities.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend adoption strategies that improve competitiveness and operational performance.
- Provide executive oversight for IEGs cloud-hosted DELMIAWorks (IQMS) ERP system including vendor management integration strategy and global user enablement.
- Lead the integration of newly acquired companies into IEGs enterprise systems architecture ensuring seamless data and process alignment.
- Direct administration and development of enterprise platforms including Salesforce Tableau and Skyvia ensuring data integrity security and governance.
- Oversee the management and optimization of e-commerce platforms and ensure proper integration with ERP and CRM systems.
- Establish and lead enterprise data governance frameworks ensuring data quality consistency and accountability across systems.
- Champion the use of data analytics and visualization tools (Tableau Power BI) to deliver actionable insights to business leaders.
- Develop and enforce standards for data security privacy and regulatory compliance.
- Define and implement cybersecurity strategy ensuring proactive protection of company assets systems and intellectual property.
- Oversee management of network infrastructure cloud environments VPNs and telephony systems across all sites.
- Direct third-party IT vendors and managed service providers to ensure optimal performance scalability and security.
- Lead mentor and develop the information systems teamincluding the IT Systems Administrator and future technology staffto foster a high-performing service-oriented culture.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for system reliability security and user satisfaction.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement innovation and collaboration within the IT organization.
Education and/or Experience - Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems or related discipline.
- 8 years of progressive experience in information systems or IT leadership roles with at least 3 years in a management capacity.
- Proven experience overseeing enterprise ERP environments (Tier-3 or higher).
- Strong background in systems integration data governance and analytics (Tableau Power BI).
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute IT strategies that support business growth and transformation.
Preferred - Experience with DELMIAWorks ERP or similar cloud-based manufacturing ERP systems.
- Working knowledge of Salesforce administration and Tableau Cloud management.
- Proficiency in SQL or other database management languages.
- Experience with Crystal Reports and e-commerce integrations.
- Prior leadership experience in a multi-site or manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of ITIL practices cybersecurity frameworks and regulatory compliance standards.
