Regional Sales Manager Gulf Coast Region
Location: Houston TX or nearby Remote with 50% travel

This remote role offers autonomy strategic influence and the opportunity to shape growth in a fast-paced innovation-driven environment.

At Seco Tools youll guide a team of 56 professionals develop territory growth strategies and engage with top-tier customers in oil & gas aerospace energy and general manufacturing. Youll manage direct reports who maintain and grow critical relationships with distributors and end-users to drive revenue and profitability.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering Manufacturing Technology or Business Administrationor equivalent practical experience.
  • 57 years of experience in industrial machining or metal cutting sales preferred.
  • 3 years in a people-leadership role.
  • Proven success in managing geographically dispersed teams and achieving regional growth targets.
  • Skilled in coaching performance management and talent development.
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems analytics and digital engagement tools.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% within the Gulf Coast region.
  • Experience as a sales leader in a manufacturing industry is required.
