Receptionist

This role is primarily a hosting role requiring standing walking and hosting visitors during the day (1 hour at a time minimum). The role is based in the lobby reception areas across building and meeting room floors where moving around the floor is a necessity to ensure each meeting room is attended to (up to 20 meeting rooms per floor) and visitors are hosted to their meeting rooms.

What your day-to-day will look like:

Adaptable to work with a hybrid approach throughout the guest services operation including main building reception internal reception spaces and guest services hub

Communicate effectively with peers and the management team displaying accuracy and attention to detail both in verbal and written communication

Maintain a strong awareness of business activity communicating all updates with team members

Communicate to the Guest Services Team Leader/Supervisor any new/ongoing/potential issues and complaints so that they are addressed accordingly

Liaise with other departments namely security facilities and hospitality services

Ensure Security and Health and Safety procedures are always adhered to

Ensure that all visitors experience service excellence consistently providing a warm courteous and prompt welcome on arrival and throughout the client journey

Host the main reception area energizing the space and creating lasting impressions

Provide an information service for the local area and liaise as a point of contact between clients and hosts enhancing service with a concierge approach

Maintain fluency with both internal and external VIPs to constantly recognize and deliver service excellence

Liaise with PA/EA teams clients & visitors and provide excellent customer service creating wow moments when the opportunity arises

Ensure that the visitor and client spaces are always immaculate taking ownership of the space and reporting issues appropriately

Proactively deal with enquiries and requests in person via telephone or email in a timely and professional manner

Use empowerment for problem resolution whilst enhancing visitor and client experience

Desired or preferred experience and technical skills:

At least 1 year of experience within a Front of House role in a corporate environment 5-star hotel members club or flagship airline

Self-motivated individual committed to service excellence

Possesses operational knowledge of all reception services and standard operating procedures together with in-house meeting reservations procedures and other internal/external communication methods

Ability to demonstrate empathy excellent customer service and practical skills

Required Skills and Experience:

Skilled in guest/client service and confident in striving for excellence

Operational knowledge of all reception services and standard operating procedures

Must have excellent organizational skills and good attention to detail

Must be computer literate including MS Office

Ability to use own initiative and take ownership

Professional and high standard telephone etiquette

Should have an excellent and positive can do attitude and be a great team player and supporter

Able to work in a busy and pressurized environment providing a discreet and personalized service.

Comunicare al Team Leader/Supervisore dei Servizi agli Ospiti qualsiasi problema nuovo/in corso/potenziale e reclami in modo che vengano affrontati di conseguenza

Interfacciarsi con altri dipartimenti principalmente sicurezza facilities e servizi di ospitalità

Garantire che le procedure di Sicurezza e Salute e Sicurezza siano sempre rispettate

Garantire che tutti i visitatori vivano unesperienza di eccellenza del servizio in modo coerente fornendo unaccoglienza calorosa cortese e tempestiva allarrivo e durante tutto il percorso cliente

Gestire larea reception principale energizzando lo spazio e creando impressioni durature

Fornire un servizio informativo per larea locale e fungere da punto di contatto tra clienti e host migliorando il servizio con un approccio concierge

Mantenere familiarità con VIP sia interni che esterni per riconoscere costantemente e fornire eccellenza nel servizio

Interfacciarsi con team PA/EA clienti e visitatori e fornire un eccellente servizio clienti creando momenti wow quando lopportunità si presenta

Garantire che gli spazi per visitatori e clienti siano sempre immacolati prendendosi cura dello spazio e segnalando i problemi appropriatamente

Gestire proattivamente richieste e domande di persona via telefono o email in modo tempestivo e professionale

Utilizzare lempowerment per la risoluzione dei problemi migliorando lesperienza di visitatori e clienti

Esperienza desiderata o preferita e competenze tecniche:

Almeno 1 anno di esperienza in un ruolo Front of House in ambiente aziendale hotel 5 stelle club per membri o compagnia aerea di punta

Persona auto-motivata impegnata nelleccellenza del servizio

Possiede conoscenza operativa di tutti i servizi reception e procedure operative standard insieme alle procedure di prenotazione riunioni interne e altri metodi di comunicazione interni/esterni

Capacità di dimostrare empatia eccellente servizio clienti e competenze pratiche

Competenze ed Esperienza Richieste:

Competente nel servizio ospiti/clienti e sicuro nel perseguire leccellenza

Conoscenza operativa di tutti i servizi reception e procedure operative standard

Deve avere eccellenti capacità organizzative e buona attenzione ai dettagli

Deve essere competente nelluso del computer incluso MS Office

Capacità di usare la propria iniziativa e prendersi responsabilità

Galateo telefonico professionale e di alto standard

Dovrebbe avere uneccellente e positiva mentalità del si può fare ed essere un ottimo giocatore di squadra e sostenitore

Capace di lavorare in un ambiente occupato e sotto pressione fornendo un servizio discreto e personalizzato.
