Responsibilities:
Prepare and manage the companys Budget Forecast Asset metrics and other Ad/hoc analysis
Foresee company data and market trends to make financial predictions and maximize profits
Participation in the month-end close and monitoring accounts
Providing alternative ideas and actions to improve the everyday procedures of the administrative and financial department and identification of weaknesses in control and compliance.
Identifies areas of improvement and drives standardization.
Additional ad-hoc functions and analysis as directed by the Regional CFO
Basic Qualifications:
Demonstrated strategic planning experience at a management level
4 to 8 years experience Managing Budgets and Forecasting
Experience in providing data analysis and producing reports
Graduated in Accounting / Business Administration
Strong communication and presentation skills
Fluent in English Portuguese and Spanish
Proficient Microsoft Office Package
Oracle and HFM knowledge Required
Preferred Qualifications:
- Demonstrated track record of high achievement in professional and/or academic settings.
- Good interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Relates well to others with the ability to manage diverse relationships.
- Be open and receptive as well as demonstrate flexibility.
