We have reimagined our contingent staffing plan with a new Enterprise Resource Pool that offers many options for flexibility variety and career growth while supporting our collective mission to deliver outstanding whole-person care to our flourishing communities. The Common Spirit Mountain Region Enterprise Resource Pool consists of both clinical and allied roles that flex or float throughout the Common Spirit Mountain Region system. Associates within the Enterprise Pool will have the opportunity to float to multiple units within one facility a geographic group of facilities or to all of our facilities. This pool will provide additional resources to support and supplement the workload and staffing needs across the system.

Perform respiratory procedures under physician direction in all patient areas. Responsible for patient assessments care plans plan implementation and evaluation and revision of therapy plan as needed. Collaborates with other professional disciplines to ensure the most effective and efficient care delivery and achievement of desired patient outcomes. Utilizes knowledge of patients age and cultural diversity in the provision of patient care. Supports the organization vision and mission and practices performance improvement techniques to assure the delivery of the most effective patient care.
Core Resource Float Pool Tier 2:
- Base rate $6.75/Hr. float pool differential Eligible for evening night and weekend differentials.
- We have day night or variable of day/night shifts available at this time.
- You will be working within zone 3 our Northern Colorado regionis determined based on your home location. Must be able to travel to the 4 hospitals assigned within the zone (Longmont United St. Anthony North St. Anthony Central and St. Anthony Ortho Colorado).
Benefits:
- Part time/full time - Benefits eligible.
Schedule- Nights only at this time
Job Requirements
In addition to bringing your whole self to the workplace each day qualified candidates will need the following:
- 1 year of respiratory therapy experience in acute care (hospital) or LTAC required
- Prior use of electronic medical records (EMR) preferred
- High School Diploma required
- Associates Degree preferred
- Completion of an accredited Respiratory Therapy Education Program i.e. CoARC JRCRTE or CAAHEP required
- Must have current state Licensure (RLT) in applicable state of employment. Must have CRT by NBRC required
- BLS from the American Heart Association required
- Current ACLS certification from the American Heart Association required
- Current PALS certification required
- Current NRP certification required
Physical Requirements -Medium Work - (Exert up to 50lbs force occasionally and/or up to 20lbs frequently and/or up to 10lbs constantly)
