TeaBevCo Distribution Center Truck Loader
Location: Fort Worth TX
Position Summary
The Truck Loader is responsible for accurately and safely loading all outbound freight at the TeaBevCo
Distribution Center. This role ensures that each store or franchise order is verified palletized and
loaded in sequence according to delivery routes supporting TeaBevCos commitment to quality
safety and on-time delivery (OTIF) performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Load delivery trucks efficiently and accurately based on route manifests and load sheets.
- Verify order accuracy (SKU count pallet ID and staging zone) before loading.
- Secure all loads using straps shrink-wrap or other safety devices to prevent damage during transit.
- Communicate any discrepancies or damaged product immediately to the Warehouse Manager or Inventory Control.
- Follow all safety procedures for forklift pallet jack and equipment operation.
- Assist with staging outbound freight by delivery route and stop order.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of loading docks and staging areas.
- Work closely with drivers and dispatch to ensure accurate paperwork and timely departures.
- Participate in daily shift huddles and report progress toward OTIF and Fill Rate goals.
- Support other warehouse functions as assigned to meet operational needs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 12 years of warehouse or distribution experience preferred.
- Forklift certification or ability to obtain one (training provided).
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and work in varying temperatures.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Dependable self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team.
Performance Indicators
- Load Accuracy: 99%
- On-Time Load Completion: 95% of routes depart on schedule
- Safety Compliance: Zero preventable incidents
- Pallet & Inventory Accuracy: Alignment with Fill Rate and OTIF targets
Schedule
Shifts may include early morning evening or overnight hours depending on route schedules. Must be
available for overtime and weekend work as required during peak periods.
