Are you ready to kickstart your career with the leading European market infrastructure Euronext is seeking a dynamic and motivated candidate to join our group Talent team within the International Graduate Programme (V.I.E). The position is based in Milan starting in January or February 2026 and reporting to the Head of Talent.
This an amazing opportunity to make a significant impact on key Talent Development projects support Euronexts Diversity & Inclusion roadmap and contribute to various Talent and HR initiatives for Euronext Group.
You will support the Head of Talent and Head of Diversity & Inclusion in the following projects:
1) Talent Development to train and develop our employees on strategic and transversal topics across businesses / locations :
Design and deliver group-wide training programmes on topics such as artificial intelligence mentoring and management financial markets business knowledge sustainability diversity and inclusion and more in different formats ; handle logistical aspects monitor usage and ensure optimisation
Manage our online platform (Learning Management System) ensuring the content is up-to-date and relevant. Perform the assignation of mandatory trainings and manage associated reporting
Support core talent management processes (Talent review...) identifying opportunities for process improvement and automation
Contribute to the development of new projects related to talent development learning and HR development working closely with local and international HR teams in order to lead HR Transformation enhance HR teams capabilities and support Euronexts strategic plan Innovate for Growth 2027
2) Diversity & Inclusion to support group-wide awareness actions to foster an inclusive and open culture at Euronext
Oversee key group initiatives and group D&I calendar implementation and work with local D&I champions and HR teams to propose and implement actions on selected topics such as gender equality wellbeing at work and disability awareness facilitating the D&I network
Support local D&I champions and HR teams in organising conferences and training sessions on D&I topics including disability awareness mental health and womens programmes
Contribute to various group initiatives to attract more diverse talent and build monitoring and reporting on D&I KPIs
Your profile:
Eligible for the VIE programme as per Business France criteria
One to four years work experience in HR consulting or a related field with exposure to training employee development project management or diversity and inclusion
Excellent command of English (written and spoken) as English is our working language
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with HRIS or LMS is a strong plus
Attention to detail and project management experience with good organisational skills
People-oriented collaborative and proactive with strong oral and written communication skills
Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced international environment with attention to detail and a willingness to learn
