Starting Salary: $57520.04-$79448.85 annually

Work Hours: Monday Friday 7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.
In this role you will:
Supervise worker activities and inspect job sites
Prioritize work and schedule daily work assignments.
Communicate with supervisors who request assistance on maintenance work.
Inspect lake lanes parks and common areas and prepare lists of maintenance needed.
Communicate with the public in person and over the phone to address their concerns.
Reviews the annual budget authorizes expenditures and reviews the five-year plan. Reviews and approves payroll.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess knowledge skills and abilities equivalent to a high school diploma or GED with at least six years of experience in maintenance construction or landscaping including two years in a supervisory roleor a comparable combination of education and experience. A valid Class D drivers license is required. They will have a solid understanding of maintenance methods and techniques strong communication skills and the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers staff and the public. The position requires flexibility to work occasional overtime evenings and weekends as well as the ability to perform duties in varying and inclement weather conditions. Preference for employment in all positions with the city shall be given to applicants who are full-time city residents.
