Job Summary

Full-service AmLaw 200 firm is seeking a Commercial Litigation Junior Associate to join their growing team. This regional firm based in the south has a wonderful reputation and room for growth.This role is fully in office with no remote or hybrid opportunities.

What Youll Be Doing:

Youll represent clients in all aspects of commercial litigation including breach of contract construction disputes business disputes class actions business torts partnership disputes shareholder disputes and breach of fiduciary duty.

- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support litigation cases.

- Prepare pleadings motions and other legal documents.

- Assist with pretrial discovery and fact gathering.

- Appear at court proceedings including depositions and trials.

Desired Background:

- 1-2 years experience representing clients in all aspects of commercial litigation.

- Juris Doctorate and licensed in good standing with the South Carolina bar.
