An excellent opportunity for an experienced residential Property Manager to join a respected independent lettings agency in the Andover area: help manage a varied residential portfolio and delivering outstanding customer service.

Are you a highly organised and proactive individual with a background in residential property management

This is an exciting opportunity to join a progressive independent lettings agency in Andover.

Youll be part of an experienced and supportive team managing a diverse portfolio of local residential properties and ensuring compliance with lettings legislation while providing exceptional service to landlords and tenants alike.

What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

Manage a portfolio of residential properties let on ASTs
Handle all aspects of property management including maintenance inspections renewals and compliance
Serve Section 21 and Section 8 Notices when required
Ensure all safety certificates are up to date and compliant
Negotiate tenancy renewals and manage tenancy deposits
Liaise effectively with landlords tenants and contractors
Deliver high levels of customer service and maintain strong relationships
Resolve issues promptly and efficiently while upholding professional standards

What Were Looking For (Skills & Experience):

Proven experience as a Residential Property Manager
Strong understanding of current lettings legislation
Highly organised with excellent time management skills
Effective problem-solving abilities
Confident communicator with a friendly professional approach
Strong customer service and negotiation skills
Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage competing priorities
Knowledge of the local area beneficial
Full driving licence essential and own car preferred
Professional reliable and team-oriented attitude
