Archer is an aerospace company based in San Jose California building an all-electric vertical takeoff and landing aircraft with a mission to advance the benefits of sustainable air mobility. We are designing manufacturing and operating an all-electric aircraft that can carry four passengers while producing minimal noise.

The Head of People Analytics & Systems will serve as a strategic and hands-on leader driving how Archer uses data and systems to make workforce decisions that power our growth. Youll partner closely with People HRIS Finance and Business leaders to identify opportunities anticipate trends and translate insights into action.
Youll inherit a strong analytics foundation working alongside an experienced team member who has already established key reporting and systems processes. Your role is to elevate and scale not to build from scratch by bringing strong business acumen systems expertise and strategic leadership that ties people data directly to organizational outcomes.
This role requires someone who can see the big picture understand systems end-to-end and roll up their sleeves in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment.

We drive a pay-for-performance culture and reward performance that supports the Companys business strategy. For this position we are targeting a base pay between $183600 - $204000. Actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as job-related knowledge skills and experience.
