OMearaFord is seeking an Outside Wholesale Parts Sales Representative for our Growing Ford Wholesale Program. Here at OMeara we pride ourselves on setting the bar for Fleet and IRF Customer Service and our superior in house parts delivery system is second to none. Ford OSR Certification automotive mechanical knowledge and prior automotive industry experience is a Major Plus. Compensation is Sales Commission based with sales growth being the key and we have an infinite amount of room to grow. Pay Range: $45000 - $60000

Responsibilities
- Monitor local market pricing trends and report weekly
- Call on existing/established accounts at least once every two weeks and maintain reports on all sales engagements and submit to manager.
- Target new potential mechanical wholesale and fleet customers for Ford parts
- Initiate surveys share results with department managers to improve customer happiness.
- Maintain company vehicle as required and keep vehicle clean at all times.
- Assist in maintaining the parts department inventory.
- Assist in delivering parts to customers in accordance with purchases when needed.
Qualifications
- Valid drivers license and clean drivers record
- Experience with Ford parts and product line preferred
- Automotive mechanical knowledge and the ability to become a Ford certified OSR
- Good written and oral communication skills and eagerness to educate yourself on all the existing OEM programs and learn all the tools of the trade.
- Strong listening skills as they relate to workload time management and setting priorities in an unsupervised environment
- Effective problem solving conflict resolution and negotiation skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Bilingual is a plus
