The Technical Training Manager (Molding Division) is responsible for leading the full training organization that supports LEGO Manufacturing Virginias molding operations. This role advises Global and Local Trainers ensuring training programs are delivered to the highest standard and aligned with global requirements molding performance goals workforce flexibility and functional priorities. As the system owner for CHAMP LEGOs global training platform the Training Manager maintains visibility compliance and certification across the molding workforce.

The salary for this position has a range of min 100799 to max 151199 annual based on anticipated responsibilities market benchmarks and organizational constraints. The definitive compensation may vary in alignment with the selected candidates professional background experience operational needs and other considerations permitted by law. Compensation
The salary for this position has a range of $100799.00 - $151199.00 based on anticipated responsibilities market benchmarks and organizational constraints. The LEGO Group carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors including but not limited to prior experience skills expertise location internal equity and other considerations permitted by law.
