This full-time position offers 38 hours per week a competitive annual salary and superannuation benefits. Responsibilities
- Lead and direct a team of maintenance staff ensuring tasks are completed efficiently.
- Follow schedules and prioritise tasks to ensure timely completion of garden maintenance activities including planting hedging weeding pruning and fertilising.
- Provide guidance mentorship and training to the team to enhance their horticultural skills and safety practices.
- Regularly inspect garden areas to assess their condition identify improvements needed and implement corrective actions.
- Interact with clients to understand their preferences address concerns and provide updates on maintenance activities.
About You
- Certificate III in Horticulture or Parks & Gardens
- Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain
- White Card
- Valid Drivers license
- Team player with excellent communication skills
