Were on the lookout for a hands-on Team Leader with a strong mechanical background to support our Workshop Supervisor and lead a motivated crew toward excellence in Safety Quality Delivery and Performance.
What Youll Do
Lead and inspire your team to meet production and quality targets.
Plan and allocate work across product groups ensuring deadlines and standards are met.
Support workshop operations from managing tooling daily timesheets maintenance to checking job packs and dispatch readiness.
Manage maintenance plans and action all tooling requirements of the team as required
Drive efficiency and continuous improvement in every process.
Be the go-to technical leader for problem-solving and team development.
What Youll Bring
Qualified Mechanical Fitter (Trade Certificate required).
Experience leading teams in a manufacturing or processing environment.
Strong technical knowledge crushers pumps screens cyclones or similar.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
A proactive team-focused attitude and a commitment to safety and quality.
Current drivers licence; additional tickets (Rigging Forklift Confined Space) are a plus.
