Workers Compensation & Insurance Defense Associate Attorney $130k$170k BASE SALARY - Philadelphia PA; Wilmington DE; Greater Delaware Valley

Were connecting with attorneys in the 25 year range who have strong litigation skills and experience managing cases from intake through resolution.

Responsibilities

• Handle discovery motion practice depositions and pre-trial preparation in insurance defense or workers compensation cases

• Represent clients in hearings mediations and arbitrations

• Draft pleadings motions and legal correspondence

• Communicate directly with carriers adjusters and insured clients

• Manage multiple cases while meeting deadlines and billing requirements

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school; admission to the Pennsylvania or Delaware bar (or eligibility to waive in)

• 25 years of experience in insurance defense workers compensation or related civil litigation

• Excellent organizational research and communication skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative defense team

Compensation

$130000 $180000 base salary depending on firm size and experience
Most firms offer hybrid flexibility annual bonuses and comprehensive benefits packages.
