Pay: Starting at $31/hour
Schedule: Full-Time 8-Hour Shifts Every Other Weekend Required

Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our care team. The LPN will provide quality nursing care to residents administer medications and treatments as prescribed and support residents overall well-being.

Responsibilities

Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans
Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians
Monitor and document residents conditions and communicate changes to the RN or supervisor
Assist with admissions discharges and resident education
Collaborate with CNAs and other staff to ensure a safe and supportive environment

Requirements

Active Pennsylvania LPN license (or compact license)
Previous experience in long-term care or memory care preferred
Ability to work every other weekend
