We are looking for a highly motivated Growth Marketing Manager to grow and scale European marketing this pivotal role youll be responsible for market expansion strategy and execution of growth marketing programs in the region. Your approach to growth marketing combines data-driven insights creativity and technology to drive qualified leads and pipeline acceleration.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across key regions key industries and use cases including design execution and performance analysis.

  • Build multi-touch multi-channel journeys across paid media events webinars content syndication and email nurturing ensuring a consistent and engaging experience throughout the buyer journey

  • Leverage global strategy and programs to create effective programs for the European market.

  • Collaborate with regional sales business development and SMEs to develop and optimize tactics and programs.

  • Collaborate with global growth marketing digital marketing integrated marketing public relations and analyst relations teams and be the voice of the clients in the region.

  • Own pipeline and funnel metrics regularly analyze performance across stages identify bottlenecks and implement improvements to increase conversion rates and pipeline velocity

  • Program management planning and execution support for in-person and virtual marketing events working with global events teams and regional sales and BD teams.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience: 4 to 7 years of progressive experience in demand generation growth marketing or field marketing in the B2B services or software industry

  • Revenue marketing experience in the European region along with understanding of the regional and country nuances. Specific experience with the UK Ireland and Germany markets is preferred.

  • Demonstrable experience in translating global marketing strategies and programs to the European market with sensitivity to culture and market nuance

  • Marketing Automation: Strong hands-on experience with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce Pardot etc.) and analytics platforms (Looker GA Semrush etc.)

  • Industry Knowledge: Proven experience in BPO technology IT/ITES enterprise software or high-growth company environment

  • Communication Skills: Exceptional written verbal communications skills and editing skills in English.

  • Strategic & Creative: Ability to develop a high-impact strategy while demonstrating Be Ridiculous creativity in storytelling and media approach.
  • Execution Excellence: Highly organized with a proven ability to manage multiple projects meet tight deadlines and Always Strive for Excellence.

  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset

  • Proven ability to work with global teams across multiple regions and time zones

  • Experience in Product Marketing in addition to demand generation is a plus
