Job Summary
Designs develops tests and improves new and existing products systems and services. Engages cross-functionally with other technical / engineering teams to define product requirements develop concepts drive production processes test prototypes and make real time adjustments to improve performance and functionality. Ensures all systems function according to design technical specifications and cost targets. Collaborate in a cross-functional team in the design and development of innovative electromechanical products.
Responsibilities
- Provides Development support for cross-functional / multi-disciplinary teams including vendors integrators electrical and mechanical engineers Software developers and others - to develop new product requirements.
- Proficiency in CAD tools.
- Contributes to product definition execution and testing.
- Helps identify and validate product risks and works with the team on mitigation strategies.
- Helps define test methodology and coverage to ensure product reliability.
- Performs engineering verification testing on next generation products interfacing with engineering and product experts to help drive new product development programs.
- Provides up-to-date accurate information to colleagues and management.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience required.
- Minimum of 0-4 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience in Development Engineering.
- Good business English skills (Written and spoken).
