ChristianaCare is currently recruiting for a Full-Time Allied Health Instructor to organize administer and provide continuous review planning development and general effectiveness of clinical experiences for x-ray students.

PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develops and maintains clinical affiliation agreements with a variety of clinical sites in order to provide clinical opportunities for students to practice the skills knowledge and behaviors necessary to provide age appropriate care to a culturally diverse patient population consistent with accreditation standards.
• Develops clinical course outlines objectives and clinical evaluation tools that are consistent with accreditation requirements and college policy
• Coordinates clinical rotations for students in order to meet clinical requirements and accreditation guidelines
• Assesses clinical site efficiency utilizing feedback from clinical faculty preceptors and students
• Provides didactic laboratory and clinical instruction
• Provides feedback to students during all phases of their clinical education
• Serves as program liaison and mentor for each clinical site and for site preceptors and staff
• Maintains student records that are consistent with accreditation requirements and college policy
• Performs other related duties as required.

DIRECTION / SUPERVISION OF OTHERS:

• Direct supervision of students in classroom lab and/or clinical settings

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

• Holds at a minimum a Baccalaureate degree
• Meets experience and credentialing requirements designated by accreditation agency
• Holds professional certification or equivalent in the pertinent discipline
• ARRT Certified

• Day Shift (M-F)
• Location: Riverside
