Caretaker

Tesoro Group is seeking an experienced Caretaker to join one of our clients team at (1) property in Jackson MN (56143). This role is contracted through 12/25/25.

This role will be working with 40 unit apartment complex and 8 townhomes.

Salary: $18-20/hour DOQ.

Schedule:

• Monday Wednesday & Friday - 8:00am - 5:00pm
• Weekends & Holidays as needed for turns

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Cleaning apartments hallway corridor and model
• Picking up garbage including dog waste and emptying garbage cans on the property
• Removing leaves from entries/shoveling snow within a reasonable timeframe
• Sweeping stairwells/knocking down bird nests
• Delivering letters and flyers
• Misc duties as needed
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Entry Level
• A minimum of 1 years experience within a porter or groundskeeping role residential multi-family experience is highly preferred.
• Light maintenance experience lock changing shoveling salting picking up trash replacing lightbulbs vacuuming sweeping mopping helping with unit turns and other duties as assigned.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Hospitality sets the mindset when working with the residents.
• Hold a valid Drivers License and active vehicle insurance.
• Be able to pass a background check before employment.
• Must be able to lift at least 50lbs
