Location:Minneapolis MN ( This is a 100% on-site role)
Salary Range: $110000.00 - $160000.00(commensurate with experience)

What does this job look like daily
- Manage LAN/Multi-Site WAN and virtualization environments using Cisco Adtran routers and HPE switches.
- Configure and troubleshoot Watchguard & Palo Alto Firewalls SSL VPNs and remote office VPN tunnels.
- Monitor LAN/WAN performance troubleshoot application issues and assist with system administration tasks.
- Lead network upgrades patch management and vendor communications for hardware and software.
- Create and update Visio diagrams network policies and security standards following best practices.
- Train IT staff on network tools and ensure thorough troubleshooting and configuration documentation
- Participate in after-hours rotations and travel occasionally to local and regional sites.
What do you need to do this job
- Experience:
- 3 years of network management and security local and wide area network infrastructure experience.
- 5 years in network infrastructure and vendor interaction is a plus!
- Soft Skills: Strong organizational communication and independent working skills.
- Education: Bachelors in Telecommunications Systems Engineering Computer Science or related IT field.

About the role
The salary grade for this position ranges from $110000.00 - $160000.00 per annum. While offers will be based on experience and qualifications the targeted pay range for this role is $110000.00 - 145000.00 (commensurate with experience).
