Aligned Talent Acquisition partners with several respected mid-sized and boutique firms across Philadelphia Wilmington and the greater Delaware Valley region that regularly hire Intellectual Property Litigators.
This posting reflects ongoing hiring needs across our client base as firms continue to expand their IP litigation practices in both Pennsylvania and Delaware.
Were confidentially connecting with attorneys in the 37 year range who have experience in patent trademark or technology-related litigation and are open to exploring new opportunities in either city.
Responsibilities
Handle discovery motion practice and hearings in IP and patent disputes
Draft briefs pleadings and claim-construction documents
Collaborate with clients experts and co-counsel on complex matters
Support partners in strategy development and trial preparation
Qualifications
J.D. from an accredited law school; admission to the Pennsylvania or Delaware bar (or eligibility to waive in)
37 years of intellectual property or patent litigation experience in a law firm setting
Strong analytical writing and oral advocacy skills
Technical or scientific background (engineering life sciences or chemistry) a plus but not required
Compensation
$170000 $240000 base salary depending on firm size market and experience
Most firms offer hybrid flexibility annual bonuses and comprehensive benefits.
