We have reimagined our contingent staffing plan with a new Enterprise Resource Pool that offers many options for flexibility variety and career growth while supporting our collective mission to deliver outstanding whole-person care to our flourishing communities. The Common Spirit Mountain Region Enterprise Resource Pool consists of both clinical and allied roles that flex or float throughout the Common Spirit Mountain Region system. Associates within the Enterprise Pool will have the opportunity to float to multiple units within one facility a geographic group of facilities or to all of our facilities. This pool will provide additional resources to support and supplement the workload and staffing needs across the system.

The position assumes responsibility and accountability for facilitating communicating and collaborating with both the healthcare teamand the patient/family to identify and meet the physical emotional and spiritual needs of the patient. Promotes optimal health well-being and safety of the patient through use of the nursing process and in accordance with patient carestandards guidelines and the State Nurse Practice Act. Demonstrates personal accountability for relationship-based careorganizational mission and core values.

What is Enterprise Pool

We have reimagined our contingent staffing plan with a new Enterprise Resource Pool that offers many options for flexibility variety and career growth while supporting our collective mission to deliver outstanding whole-person care to our flourishing communities. The Common Spirit Mountain Region Enterprise Resource Pool consists of both clinical and allied roles that flex or float throughout the Common Spirit Mountain Region system. Associates within the Enterprise Pool will have the opportunity to float to multiple units within one facility a geographic group of facilities or to all of our facilities. This pool will provide additional resources to support and supplement the workload and staffing needs across the system.

Enterprise Pool 1:

  • Base rate $3.00/Hr. Pool Differential Eligible for evening night and weekend differentials
  • 1 facility preferred location/closest to home
  • At least 2 applicable units - Must work in at least 2 applicable units with recent RN experience within unit type/specialty area
  • 12 months of experience in unit type/specialty area

Enterprise Pool 2:

  • Base rate $6.75/Hr. Pool Differential Eligible for evening night and weekend differentials
  • Assigned to one of four zones. Zone is determined based on your home location. Must be able to travel to the 4 hospitals assigned within that zone.
  • Full Time/Part Time: 18 months of experience in unit type/specialty area
  • PRN: 24 months of experience in unit type/specialty area

Enterprise Pool 3:

  • Flat rate $75.00/hr Eligible for evening night and weekend differentials
  • Must be available to travel to all facilities (Colorado Western Kansas and Utah)
  • For Enterprise Pool Tier 3/Systemwide hires dependent on location individual assignments may qualify for a $2500 payout each. Subject to change.
  • Full Time/Part Time: 18 months of experience in unit type/specialty area
  • PRN: 24 months of experience in unit type/specialty area

  • Womens Services
  • ED
  • Behavioral Health

Benefits:

  • PRN: 15% PRN Differential - Not eligible for benefits
  • Full Time/Part Time: Benefits eligible based on FTE eligibility

Job Requirements

In addition to bringing humankindness to the workplace each day qualified candidates will need the following:

  • RN License required;Current state nursing licenses or RN license from a participating state in the National Licensure Compact
    • Colorado Only: RNs working in Colorado under a multi-state license must obtain their CO RN license within 30 days of establishing residency i.e. drivers license register to vote etc. Compact to issuance of a new multistate licensethe former license is inactivated.   • Nursing Diploma or Associates Degree in Nursing required;Bachelors Degree in Nursing preferred
  • BLS from the American Heart Association required
  • Nursing skills and knowledge base specific to unit type or specialty area

Physical Requirements -Medium Work - (Exert up to 50lbs force occasionally and/or up to 20lbs frequently and/or up to 10lbs constantly)
