We are seeking a results-driven K12 Sales Account Manager to build and maintain strong relationships with school districts administrators and education partners. This role is responsible for driving sales growth within the K12 education market by identifying opportunities managing accounts and providing solutions that support student learning and district goals. The ideal candidate is a skilled communicator with a passion for education and a proven track record in consultative sales.
Salary: $/year commission

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets within assigned K12 territories.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers including superintendents principals IT directors and curriculum leaders.
- Conduct product demonstrations presentations and consultations tailored to district needs.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities while expanding existing customer accounts.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing product implementation and support) to ensure customer success.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and needs analysis to proposal negotiation and closing.
- Stay informed about education trends funding sources and policy changes that impact purchasing decisions.
- Provide ongoing account management ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
Requirements:
- Prior K-12 sales experience
- 5 years sales experience
- IT AudioVisual or comparable industry experience
