Contract Duration: 14 Weeks
Schedule: 3x12s 36 hours/week Every other weekend required
Shifts: Day Evening or Night
Pay Rate: $30/hr

Job Summary

Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking Licensed Practical Nursefor an exciting job in Albuquerque NM.

Responsibilities

Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and facility policies.
Monitor residents conditions document changes and promptly report concerns to supervising staff.
Assist residents with activities of daily living including hygiene mobility and nutrition.
Support and direct CNAs to maintain consistent high-quality resident care.
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement care plans.
Maintain accurate documentation in electronic health records.
Adhere to all infection control safety and facility compliance standards.
Provide CNA-level assistance as needed to ensure continuity of care.
Participate in weekend and holiday rotations as scheduled.

Qualifications

Education: Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program.
Licensure: Active LPN/LVN license in New Mexico or Compact State.
Certifications: Current BLS (AHA) required.
Experience: Minimum 1 year in long-term care or rehabilitation preferred; must demonstrate strong clinical judgment attention to detail and empathy in patient interactions.
