About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Andrologist to join a leading fertility center in Boston Massachusetts. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work in a modern laboratory performing diagnostic and therapeutic procedures that support male reproductive health and IVF programs.

Responsibilities

• Perform semen analysis sperm preparation cryopreservation and thawing.

• Assist with ICSI preparation and donor sample processing.

• Maintain precise lab records and quality control in compliance with CAP/CLIA standards.

• Collaborate with embryologists and physicians to support clinical outcomes.

• Ensure adherence to safety hygiene and regulatory protocols.

Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Biological Sciences Reproductive Science or related field.

• 2 years of andrology or IVF lab experience preferred.

• Strong technical skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team.
