Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager with strong analytical and data skills to tackle complex high-visibility challenges and translate large data sets into strategic insights. This role will leverage analytics to drive development optimize performance and support key organizational initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Program Management
- Oversees multiple related projects to ensure they align with organizational strategy and deliver on business objectives.
- Manages cross-functional teams and coordinates dependencies timelines and resources across projects.
- Develops and maintains program roadmaps tracking progress against key milestones deliverables and KPIs.
- Identifies and mitigates risks ensuring smooth execution and resolving issues that impact scope budget or schedule.
- Communicates program status and strategic insights to senior leadership and key stakeholders to drive informed decision-making.
Data Governance Interpretation and Modeling
- Extract clean and synthesize data primarily using SQL to enable accurate analysis.
- Apply advanced analytics and modeling techniques (e.g. regression clustering anomaly detection) to inform business decisions.
- Develop and visualize insights through reports dashboards and storytelling for non-technical stakeholders.
- Ensure data governance and privacy compliance across all datasets and analyses.
- Mentor and guide teams on data preparation visualization modeling and best practices.
Business Understanding & Insights Operationalization
- Develop deep understanding of business problems and key metrics.
- Partner with stakeholders to identify core questions and design optimal solutions.
- Operationalize insights by integrating analytics into business processes and driving KPI-focused improvements.
- Lead analytics refresh exercises and model/rule tuning processes.

Requirements:
- BA/BS or higher
- Technical Skills:
- Strong proficiency in SQL
